Description
In the golden hour of the day, I was walking by a flowering quince bush in Grandmother's Garden in Westfield, Ma.
And yes it was another one of those moments that literally took my breath away, stopping me dead in my tracks.
The entire underside of the bush was a glow; creating vibrational waves of luminous colors and clearly speaking to my heart center.
Within minutes it felt as though my heart was awakened and expanding, immersing my entire being with feelings of love and deep appreciation.
It felt as though I was surrounded by angels.
My vision for this artistic creation was to bring out the illumination and vibrational energies that I was experiencing.
I walked around the entire bush, looking up from underneath. I noticed one flower that stood alone and was not in a cluster like all the others. To me this was a clear representation of my heart center.
Directing my lens on this lone flower with the illumination of colors beaming off from the surrounding clusters was casting the vibrational energies that I was experiencing.
After much contemplation in my post processing; I thought the best way to bring out the vibrational energies and colors of illumination would be to process the original photograph with brush strokes and turn it into a digital painting.
