Bringing my attention back to the cup of tea, I lift it back to my mouth, tilting it at an angle and resting it against my bottom lip. I take my first sip of tea. With my awareness engaged, I trace the sensational warmth of the tea as it makes its way down my throat through my windpipe then on to its final resting place. I close my eyes, a smile broadens my face as I sit in a state of peaceful relaxation.
