This great blue heron is a frequent visitor at the Fenney Nature Trail in The Villages, Florida. On this hot sunny day he was having a ball continuously plunging into the water to cool off while shaking his beautiful feathers.
He was pure joy to watch and comical. I am not sure who was having more fun, him or the audience that was watching.
