Sushi Delight by Mary Lou Chmura
This adorable baby river otter found a great place to relax and enjoy his fresh catch of the day, “Sushi Delight. ”
He didn't waste any time in between catching fish and eating them. He no sooner finished the last bite and he dove back in and was back in no time to enjoy another.
This otter is one of the few otters who has made his home at the Fenney Springs in The Villages.
River otters live throughout Florida and prefer small ponds with fresh water.
It doesn't get any better than the canopy of oaks shadowing overhead with deep roots lining the banks providing places to burrow.
Not to mention the fresh spring-fed stream, where fish are plentiful.
Life is good for all who live here even the otters.
