Welcome to Georgia and what a glorious welcome it was. After a long day of traveling, we arrived in Georgia just in time to experience a gorgeous sunset, creating an illuminating backdrop behind a forest of tall pines in the near distance.

There is something mysteriously magical about the sun going down. It’s powerfully transformational!

It’s an invitation to pause, opening your curious mind and heart to reflect on your day and receive the abundance of renewable life energy that the universe offers.

When we take the time to pause and experience a setting sun, it frees us from our everyday worries and problem solving state of mind, magically transporting us into a Sunset State of Mind.

Even the weariest of souls find it hard to turn down an invitation to experience this ever changing, natural wonder.

The next time you find yourself in a state of worries or wrapped up in a problem state of mind. I invite you to take a pause, in your mind’s eye visualize a sunset and indulge yourself in the experience.

Focusing on the beauty of the sun going down with the harmonious colors of the ever changing sky, be mindful of your body’s sensational shifts, suc as; from tense and rigid to feeling as though you are melting into your surroundings letting go of your worries allowing them to fall aside.

Marking the completion of another day in this passage of time; with the welcoming renewal of a new day of promise and hope.
